Classes in your place

In Personal Yoga we go to your place to work together. During the first session, we will set which are your needs and we will design a session plan specifically suited to meet your expectations, pair your physical condition, attain your goals and adapt to your schedule. The established plan is completely flexible and will evolve with our experience together, always from a deep respect to your body and your possibilities.

 

Could we practice in group?

Of course. In Personal Yoga we adapt to the kind of practice that you need, no matter it is individual or with friends. The experience of sharing Yoga with your family or friends before going for a walk together is a wonderful experience that reinforces the links between us at a very fruitful and rewarding level. It can be a practice designed to relieve a pain in your back or perhaps some soft Yoga with old friends... In Personal Yoga we adapt to you so as to offer the experience that you need.

 

Which kind of methods could we practice?

Yoga is a global discipline that embraces all the different dimensions of the being. That's why we offer you postural techniques to improve the strength and flexibility of your body, breathing techniques to enhance your oxygen intake and mental concentration, relaxation techniques to sooth the anxiety and the tension that builds up after a long day at work and meditation to develop your intuition and your capacity to be resolute.
