Gerard Oncins

Holding a Chemistry degree, Gerard finished his PhD in Nanotechnology in the University of Barcelona. Nevertheless, his passion for Yoga took him to combine his job as a researcher with classes as a freelance Yoga instructor, both for general public and for the university community. Deeply in love with Yoga and its philosophy of life, he finally decided to become a full-time Yoga instructor. Nowadays he is completing his formation in the school Yoga Sintesis directed by Arjuna Peragon.

Silvia Garcia

Her engineer degree took her from several years as a consultant in transnational companies to the world of education for kids and youngsters. She loves to combine this educative perspective with the practice of soft Yoga, mainly focused on kids and seniors. Silvia and Gerard, Gerard and Silvia share their home with animals and plants, with light and happiness, with friends and, of course, with you.
